Aşama 1


Şimdi 10 kilo adana kebap alalım. Kebabı herhangi bir kebapçıdan temin edebilirsiniz.
Aldığımız Kebap'ı rendeleyelim parçalayalın toz haline getirelim.
ve blender aracılığıyla iyice öğütelim, toz haline getirelim.
ve bu kebabı bir beze sarıp suyun içinde dinlendirelim
yarım saat kadar sonra çıkartıp kurutalım.

Aşama 2

Çıkardığımız bu kebabı sirkeli su dolu bir tencereye atalım.
Ardından tencereyi ocağa koyup kaynayana kadar bekleyelim.
2-3 saat sonra kebabı alalım ama suyu dökmeyelim.
suyu tamamen kaynatarak buharlaştıralım.
dibinde kalan tortuyu atmayalım.
Tortu küçük miktarlarda kırmızı kuma benzer haldedir.

Aşama 3

Kebabımızı aldık. Kebapın malzemeleri koyun yağı, koyun eti ve kırmızı biber.
110 gram koyun etinin içindekiler : 250 kalori, 3 g protein ve 14 g yağ ve yüklü miktarda piridoksin vardır.
kırmızı biberde praetermissum, hookerianum ve chlorocladium türlerindeki biberlerde piridoksin ve capsaicin vardır.
bu burada kalsın.

Yaptığımız işlemler sonucu, piridoksin ve capsaicin tortusunu elde ettik.
